Q: When can I sign up for the Preschool or Toddler Program at Kidz Watch?

Any-time! You can sign up for our Preschool and Toddler Flexible care program whenever you need it! You do not need to wait until the beginning of a school year or a semester to start.

Q: How do I register for care at Kidz Watch?

Registering at Kidz Watch is easy, but you do need to allow an extra 15 minutes on your first visit to be set up into our secure software system with your fingerprints and photos. Once you are set up in our system, the drop-off, pick up and payments are easy! Please download our registration forms off of our website to speed up the enrollment process. Medicals are required for children under the age of 5 and not yet in school.

Q: How do I pay for care at Kidz Watch?

Families will have two options to pay for child care:

Cash, credit card or automatic debit from a checking or savings account at each visit. Families need to pay in advance at drop off for care or purchase a prepay. A prepay is a great option as you will receive a discount. A Tuition Express form will be provided for you at registration for automatic payments. All information is secure and encrypted into our system and will only be used when you authorize it. Drop-In Services need to be paid in advance and any adjustments to your bill will be made when you pick up.

Full-time or Part-time customers will have either their checking or savings account debited on the 1st day of every week for full-time or part-time care.

Q: Why do you charge in advance for drop-in care?

Because our schedule is very full, we cannot give a spot away without payment. For your benefit and for scheduling purposes we cannot allow clients to use spots and then not pay for them. We determine our staffing needs and class schedule based on then number of children that pay for spots and can only allow spots to be given away if they are paid for in advance of service.

Q: How do I withdraw from the flexible full-time programs?

Families who wish to withdraw from our full-time or flexible care program are asked to provide us a two-week notice. Drop-In Care does not require any notice.

Q: Why do you need to give two weeks’ notice before withdrawing from the flexible care program at Kidz Watch?

Our waitlist can tend to get long for flexible care, particularly in the infant room and two weeks notice gives us sufficient time to cancel your enrollment and fill your class spot.. Also, we determine our staffing needs, supplies and other operational costs based on the enrollment for each month.

Q: What if I join in the middle of the week?

If you join in the middle of the week, you can choose to pay hourly, daily, full time or part-time rates depending on what you need. You will then go into our automatic billing system for all future weeks. You can change weekly how you want to be billed. That is part of the Kidz Watch difference…you can change your package according to your childcare needs!

Q: Do you offer refunds, credits or transfers at Kidz Watch?

Due to operational costs, and because we are so flexible already, no refunds or transfers will be given. You can have a credit two times a year if your child is sick and you do not end up using all of your hours in a given week.

Q: Why am I charged a deposit on an infant reservation?

Infant spots fill very quickly and a non-refundable $10 fee (one hour) will be charged to your account if you are a no-show.

Q: How will my child transition from one age group to the next?

At Kidz Watch we are very sensitive to the development of the children and their needs. We will maintain open lines of communication with the parents and the transition will be gradual from one room to the next. Your Administrator will discuss the transition with you to make it the most comfortable for your child.

Q: What if my class has only one or two children?

If a group class has only a few children in it in it we do reserve the right to consolidate that class while still maintaining state ratios. This is usually only early in the morning or late at night when the children are brought to one group if numbers are low.

How do I withdraw from flexible full-time programs?

Even though we do not require contracts, as a courtesy we would like Families who wish to withdraw from our full-time or flexible care program to provide us a two-week notice. Drop-In Care does not require any notice.
